INDIA PURE GOLD MOHUR JAIPUR STATE IN THE NAMES OF QUEEN VICTORIA & SAWAI MADHO SINGH II 1880 - 1922 AD Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh II was the first Maharaja of Jaipur to travel overseas. An orthodox Hindu, he was so concerned with the spiritual risk of travelling (I think the concern was travel might cause some problem with his Atma, or soul, attaining Moksha, or merging into the cosmic conciousness if he left India) that he had two huge metal urns made to take to the UK to carry Ganges water - these are on display in the City Palace and called Gangajalis (pl, 'Carrier of Water from Ganges') - they are 5''3' tall, and carry 900L each, and as such are the largest silver pieces in the world.
